Theme Details: Dreamscapes is a whimsical art show about dreams! Theme interpretation is up to the artist.
Submission Deadline:
Wednesday, April 2, 2025 by 11:59 PM (or once 30 pieces have been accepted).
Artwork Guidelines:
One submission per artist. Artist must be a resident of St. Mary’s, Calvert, or Charles County.
Art must not exceed 24” in any direction, nor be excessively heavy.
For smaller shelf-type items such as pottery, jewelry, and greeting cards we have an “as space available” policy which fluctuates depending on the number of submissions.
Jewelry items should be accompanied by an appropriate display holder.
All wall art must be framed and ready to hang either with a wire (which must not be visible above piece) or a saw-tooth hanger.
Canvas pieces do not need to be framed but still require either a wire or saw-tooth hanger. All sides of unframed canvas pieces must be painted.
Sculpture pieces must be able to stand alone, or a suitable display system provided.
ALL art must be of a family-friendly nature suitable for all audiences.
Notification Timeline:
Our team will review submissions as they are received. Allow up to 7 business days for review. An email will be sent re: acceptance status.
If accepted, the email will include a link to schedule delivery of the art no later than Saturday, April 19, 2025.
Payment Schedule:
This show falls in our second quarter payment schedule. Payment will be processed by July 15, 2025.
The gallery commission is 30% of the sale price. Artwork may be featured for display only and labeled as Not For Sale (NFS).
